BILLING CLERK [Malaysia]


 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES; 1. Prepare invoice and send them to customers through channels (mail, hard copy etc). 2. Answering and respond to the customer's complaint regarding bills. 3. Check the data input in the systems to ensure accuracy of final bill 4. Update billing record with new quotation, customer information etc. 5. Report on activity to upper management. REQUIREMENT; 1. Familiar with CTMS system is an advance. 2. Proven experience as billing clerk or general at least 1 year. 3. Proficient in MS Office. 4. Excellent math ability. 5. Good organizational skills. 6. Excellent communication skills.

SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
