Preferably with 1 year or more in Customer Service and Front Office experience as a Front Office Receptionist/Associate. Able to converse in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.

Able to carry out daily task of check in and check out, assigning rooms, doing Night Audit and concierge. You will also be rotating to the Gaya Lounge office in Jesselton Point for guest check in/out and being the first and last impression for guest to have the best staying experiences with us.

You will also be engaging with guest in the resort from arrival, during their stay and prior to departure. Handling of request, complaints and require to input into system database.

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
