Responsibilities:

  • All Tasks related to full set of accounts
  • Closing Account must complete per company schedule

  • Prepare overall & project reporting per company schedule
  • Sales invoicing, DO issuance & sales collection
  • Cash Flow Management
  • Audit task - Internal & External
  • Prepare & submit tax estimate and tax related matters
  • Work with Auditors, Secretary Officers, Tax Agent on all associate tasks
  • Liaise with Bank & handle all the banking related matters
  • Prepared financial reporting per company schedule, which include - overall & project - P&L, B/S, Cash Flow, Budget & Variance
  • To assist in accounting related tasks, such as handle petty cash and key in vouchers / journals and handle matter pertaining to directors.
  • Government Tax Process
  • Job position will be commensurate with your current position and experiences.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
  • Experienced in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
  • Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
  • Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
