Requirements

2. Diploma / advanced diploma / fresh graduate preferred. No prior experience required.
3. Background in business administration or book-keeping is advantageous
4. Good communications skills in English and BM

6. Salary Range: RM 2500 to RM 2800 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
1. To carry out daily administrative work in the office to ensure the smooth running of the office; including supervising the office cleaner.
2. To help with daily check of our engineering dashboard (no engineering knowledge required)
3. To assist engineers with basic reporting (no engineering knowledge required) using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
4. To operate and maintain the Company’s online store on Lelong.com.my including listing new products, updating inventory levels, processing orders and fulfillment of orders within one business day.
5. To liaise with Government Agencies including delivering documents to the such government agencies.
6. To liaise with existing customers to obtain energy managed related data and consolidate data onto an existing software platform.
7. To update Company’s online marketing programs.
8. To liaise with suppliers, source for parts when required, collection of documents and goods from the Company’s post box agent, coordinate delivery of goods from suppliers and to the Company’s Clients.
9. Follow-up with clients on required information from the clients.
10. Responsible for commercial documentation including but not limited to invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, good return notes, pro-forma invoices, export documentation and statement of accounts.
11. To manage the inventory of spare parts, tools and miscellaneous parts in the office.
12. Ensure sufficient stationery is available and ensure office equipment including engineering tools are in good order and properly stored.
13. Be responsible for the Company’s petty cash and maintaining a record of transactions by petty cash.
14. To process and prepare claim forms for staff of the Company.
15. To check and summarize monthly attendance list of all staff.
16. To carry out any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management of the Company.
