Input data into payroll system and maintenance of newly joined and resignees for payroll information Perform end-to-end payroll processing, including payroll calculation, overtime, allowances, commission, sales incentives, execution and reconciliation Monitor and execute payroll activities according to payroll processing schedule Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately To ensure the e-leave and e-payslip system is accurate and access by the staff Being the contact point for employee queries regarding payroll Ensuring personal files are updated accordingly after monthly payroll processes To manage payroll reporting and audit requirements Performing ongoing analysis of current Payroll and Benefits in terms of process, systems and structures leading to recommend process improvements To participate in organizing HR programs, team building or any company’s activities To take on assignment and adhoc job as required by Management
