Job Scope:
- Arrange client appointments for store visit.
- Promote and sell company's jewelry products through various sales channels
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of transactions
- Handle credit card payments and basic financial transactions
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability
- Ensure the security of jewelry products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in jewelry industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service
- Strong knowledge of jewelry industry and products
- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and securely
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred due to interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients
