Responsibilities:
- Support production in order to meet shipment schedule;
- Reduce machine down time and enhance machine performance in order to support production in maximizing output and quality control;
- Able to perform machine preventive maintenance, calibration with basic electronics knowledge
- Able to work shift;
Requirements:
- Diploma / Certificate in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering;
- Minimum of 1 year working experience preferably in Semiconductor Industry;
- Knowledge in Wire Bond / Die Bond / Wafer Saw / Trim & Form / Plating / Test and Vision will be an added advantage;
- Fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply.
